In a lot of homes the shed or out building is the last place to up grade, therefor many of you may have some old or storm damaged sheds. It is cheaper than you think to replace them and in most cities they will allow a 10x10 storage shed built with out the purchase of a permit.  Some people that need more space simply build 10x10 sheds side by side.  These can be built on pier blocks so that no concrete work is necessary and can be sheathed with T111 siding with acts like the sheathing and siding, a door and a good coat of paint your new shed will give you 20 to 30 more years.
