To See or Not to See

Yes we do Tenant Improvements and love to do them! This last one we did consisted of turning a 3000 square foot open space into  6 office spaces, a conference room and 2 additional offices.  We had to create a hall way and a new entrance doors to the new suite and offices and several walls, windows and re-lites to let light into the inside of the building.  In the end the spaces had new carpet, paint, new lighting and added outlets for power, computers and cables. 

The work performed in house was the steel stud framing, drywall, hanging of the commercial doors and trim, Due to the size of the job we subcontracted out the electrical, carpet and painting. Since the Job was done so well and on time we were awarded with the remodels of the 2 office bathrooms which included new chair rail, paint, counter tops and flooring.
